At PMI Central Alabama, we believe engagement is about more than attendance. True engagement occurs when members feel connected to the chapter, see value in their participation, and have opportunities to contribute their perspectives and expertise.

As we continue to refine our programming, we are focusing on intentional design. This means considering how members experience our events, how information is shared, and how we create opportunities for meaningful interaction regardless of whether someone joins us in person or virtually.
