Speaker: Adam Creel Topic: Successful Project Leadership – 30 years of success, trial, error, and “do overs”
We will explore the successes and failures of 30 years of project leadership to include those things that have gone well, those things that we aren’t proud of and the things that we had to do over. All of this will be done with an in depth look at the training I have received to date and what it is I believe has made the organizations that I have worked with successful.
Bio: Adam currently serves as the CISO and Director, Technical Services for Drummond Co., Inc. in Birmingham, AL. Adam has worked with Drummond for over 20 years. Adam has an MBA, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds the PMP credential.
