Speaker: Anoop Mishra
Topic: Leadership and management in a post-pandemic work environment
Businesses continue to define an evolving “new normal” for in-person, virtual, and hybrid work postures. Organizational leaders need to be able to identify and navigate through choices and consequences for managing teams in settings with few blueprints available.
With employees in 38 states and 6 core office locations across the U.S., the Atlanta Fed has been living this reality as well. In addition, Anoop’s role in policymaking and the Fed’s research into implications of remote/hybrid work will offer some insights into how leaders are thinking about teams, culture, productivity, and success.
This is a HYBRID (IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL) event. Networking begins at 11:15 am; the meeting will begin at 11:30 am. You won't want to miss this! The luncheon is $15 for members and $25 for non-members. The virtual option is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
