Ken Craig is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Special Projects for McLeod Software. He is the Co-Founder and on the Board of Directors of the Blockchain in Transport Alliance, one of the largest blockchain alliances in the world. Ken served for 5 years as the North American Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Systems for the Dutch giant, Philips Consumer Electronics. For several years he provided Virtual CIO consulting, IT leadership, and strategic planning to many American companies helping them with all aspects of enterprise information systems including strategic planning, operations management, data management, and project execution. Ken has managed several information technology services and consulting companies in the US and internationally -- including his service as the first President of SAP Brazil, and President of Origin North America’s SAP Practice. Ken began his career with IBM as a programmer/analyst on the NASA Space Shuttle program. He lived in the Netherlands for 6 years performing IT strategic planning and project management for GE and other American multinationals. Ken has the unique experience of having engaged in the roles of systems development, services provider, and client. This distinctive perspective has proven very helpful in developing strategic planning, project management, and architectural solutions. He has been an adjunct instructor for project management and often lectures about the overlooked role of change management.
