ALFISIG October 2020 Meeting

ALFISIG October 2020 Meeting

Presenter: Beth Rivelli, PMP ACP A-CSM
Topic: How Thinking and Acting like a Kick-ass Entrepreneur Will Level Up your Project Management Game

Numerous articles and courses advocate for Project Managers adopting a CEO mindset, asserting that, if applied, will raise our chances of success. What we’ll talk about in this collaborative webinar is when and how it benefits a Project Manager to think and act like an Entrepreneur. The distinctions that we’ll explore together will empower our session and our conversation so that you walk away with structures to support you in leveling up in your current role or the one you envision is on its way.

Beth Rivelli, PMP ACP A-CSM

Senior Project Manager, Salesforce

Beth Rivelli has been a Project Manager from the moment she could breathe. It wasn’t unusual to find young Beth leading her childhood friends in self-created endeavors. And no surprise that in her working, adult life she has consistently gravitated to Project Management roles. In her 20 years as a Project Manager, Beth’s career has included running initiatives in multiple industries (high tech, telecommunications, higher education, government, finance, human resources, healthcare), running her own Project Management consulting firm (PM424 Inc) and taking her knowledge to the classroom through teaching at DePaul University. Beth is currently embracing the next chapter of her life, having left her 4+ year career as a Senior Project Manager at Salesforce to follow her passions and to create her own coaching practice. She supports Project Managers in amping up their day-to-day leadership and essential skills so that they can ... ● Empower themselves as Leaders and Humans ● Produce Kick-ass Project Results ● Build Strong Teams ● Finish each day with Peace of Mind You can find Beth on LinkedIn:
