Presentation Abstract - Similarities Between Agile & Traditional Project Management
Finally, a presentation on the similarities between Agile and Traditional Project Management! There have been so many presentations on the differences, that it doesn’t seem possible there are actually similarities. By discussing the similarities in this presentation, it will help those new to Agile, along with those who started their careers in Agile (and don’t even know that traditional project management ever existed …kinda kidding… kinda not). Yes, there was once a world of waterfall projects (and dinosaurs), where we lived by the Project Management Triangle and had to constantly balance scope, cost, and schedule to achieve quality.
