BIOGRAPHY: Jamie Leatherman
Jamie Leatherman, Scrum Master: been on some form of an Agile team for (OMG I had to do the math) 16+ years (GULP). Been a Scrum Master for over 10 years. I’m a coach by trade, but my passion is quarterbacking the team from within the huddle, getting down and dirty with the team. Active member of the Tampa Bay Agile community – have spoken at various Lean Coffee & Lean Beer events; presented at Tampa Bay PMI Chapter meetings. Mom of 1 perfect angel/human-baby, Emily, and 2 perfect fur-babies, Mackie & DyDy. Wife to Andrew, Super hubs & dad. Singer and lover of craft beer and all things fun.
BIOGRAPHY: Cole Smith
Cole has studied Lean-Agile methods since his time in college and understood the benefits they can bring immediately. During his career, he has been a team member on agile teams, a Scrum Master, a Release Train Engineer and now an Agile Coach. Having been in all of those different positions, Cole has an appreciation for all of these roles and brings each of those unique perspectives and experiences with him as he works with different groups.
Cole has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama. He also holds several agile related certifications.
