Presentation Synopsis

PI Objectives are one of the harder things in SAFe to do and harder still to do well.  There are lots of ways to write risks, but SAFe gives you almost no guidance on how to do write them.  In this presentation, we will cover three ways to write PI Objectives and how to use them during the PI.  We will also give you one simple way to write risks and how to manage them during the PI.

This is the actual workshop I use with my clients, and you can use it too!
