We are happy to welcome Hanna Zarour as our ALFISIG May presenter.  Hanna is an accomplished Agile Coach with over 18 years of professional experience.  Hanna is also a Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant.  Help us welcome Hanna as a first time presenter to the ALFISIG membership.

This presentation will explore Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a transformational leadership methodology that aligns with the needs of agile teams and fosters continuous learning. Hanna will discuss how AI's emphasis on strengths, possibilities, and collaboration shifts the focus from problem-solving to envisioning shared success. Leaders will gain practical insights into using AI techniques to build a positive, innovative, and adaptable work culture.

As a Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC), ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) candidate, and Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Hanna brings a wealth of expertise in leveraging Agile and Organizational Development methodologies to drive organizational agility, enhance team performance, and foster cultures of continuous improvement. With her exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to guide cross-functional teams, Hanna is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential through transformative systems and a philosophy centered on cultivating human potential.
