Ryan Robinett is the founder of Multiply, an AI sales training platform that he established in 2018, drawing from his extensive experience in the IT professional services sector. Ryan began his career as an IT consultant at Accenture, later joining the small firm CTS, where he developed crucial skills in project management and sales leadership. During his formative years at CTS, he learned to navigate the complexities of controlling projects within an enterprise environment while working for a smaller organization, mastering the ability to guide projects from the initial conversation of the sales cycle all the way to final sign-off.
At CTS, Ryan's effectiveness in building both managers and sales personnel led him to a pivotal position where he managed sales and delivery for multiple offices across the Southeast. After CTS was acquired by CGI, Ryan stayed on as a VP, overseeing much of the legacy CTS operations and further enhancing his expertise in sales processes.
In founding Multiply in 2018, Ryan formalized the successful methodologies he had created to train effective revenue producers at CTS. Unlike most sales training programs, Multiply focuses on sales as a series of repeatable and controllable conversations that drive specific outcomes. Ryan initiated this process by developing sales messaging for various companies and engaging teams in role-playing exercises that reflected real-world scenarios. As companies, large and small, purchased the services, the repeatable patterns crystalized.
Today, Multiply has evolved into a technology-enabled services firm that empowers sellers to build conversational confidence through simulated role plays. The platform incorporates Murphy, an AI-enabled sales trainer, to build conversational confidence and guide sellers from prospecting to closing effectively. Ryan’s background as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) underscores his belief in the value of established processes and methodologies.
