Community In Action - Volunteering with Community Food Bank of Central Alabama

We will be volunteering with the Foodbank of Central Alabama.

They are anticipating to move to a new facility late May/early June of 2026.
We will also learn breifly about the impact and how they support the community, as a food distribution center for 300 nonprofits in the community.
Tasks will include sorting items, packing boxes, breaking down boxes and other needs that we may be able to assist.
Points to Remember
- Volunteers can be as 9-years of age, so bring a friend or family memeber
- Volunteers are required to wear CLOSED TOE shoes
- Dress comfortably
