Topic: Principle-based Time Management
Principle-based time management introduces the concept of key life area such as relationships, health, career, hobbies, community, spirituality, learning, etc. We understand goal setting beginning with the end in mind and building strategies, and tactics to meet our goals. What happens when life areas collide in conflict? Who are the stakeholders affected and what are the consequences? We develop our personal GRID (Guiding Rules Inspiring Direction) to explore the conflicts among the areas and understand how the GRID drives each conflict resolution with guilt-free confidence.
Bio: Helen T. McCullough MBA, MS, PMP is a speaker, a program manager, and a strategic business architect of multi-million-dollar financial services projects serving technology, banking and insurance industries. She is a leader delivering business transformation through a unique stakeholder perspective. She is also a speaker and presents workshops on Stakeholder Engagement.
