Randy has worked in technology and operations for 20 years. He has merged his passion for industry with his passion for technology and this has led him down a path of front-line operational support, technical support, project management, and applications management. Randy’s presentation will describe the use of the Kanban methodology. Kanban is a simple and visual way to manage projects to workflow. Randy will demonstrate how Kanban came into effect in Drummond MIS and how it has been used to better manage throughput as well as resource planning.
