Change is hard. LEADING Change is harder. All of us have our share of projects that just didn't go very well. What lessons can we take from our other activities in life and apply to projects and team dynamics? Today, Robert will present to you how he brings his own outside activities to work for his teams and his projects, aiming for a breath-taking journey for his project team and breath-taking results for his customers and constituents.

Bio: Robert Snyder a local change catalyst and is passionate about healthy change. Robert currently serves as Director, Sales Force Effectiveness at TransUnion. Robert's career has spanned the typical range of IT Consulting and Corporate Change Management roles. What makes Robert's approach to Innovation and Change different than most is his application of concepts from Supply Chain, music, theater, improvisation, and martial arts. Robert hold degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. The title of his presentation is "The Elegant Expectation Setting Factory."
