Topic: The Servant Leadership Effect on Technology Project Outcomes
In project management, leadership starts with the project manager. There are hundreds of books that explain why one style of leadership is better than the other. The best way to prove what really works is to gather real data and perform statistical analysis. In this presentation, we will look at “The Servant Leadership Effect on Technology Project Outcomes” and offer the results of a quantitative study.
Bio: Dr. Michael Dale MBA, PMP, CSM, MCSE. Dr. Dale is a 20-year veteran of the technology and project management field where he has spent his career as a certified engineer, consultant, and trainer. He currently leads strategic business and partnership development efforts At iSeek Solutions. He resides in the Birmingham area with his wife and three children.
