ALFISIG July 2019 Meeting

Presenter: Zbig Skiba, MBA and President of Skiba Associates
Topic: Hacking Teamwork: Five Critical Steps to Building High Performing Teams

Organizations rely heavily on teams to get work done. Nevertheless, only 16% of survey respondents rate their teams as excellent. Attendees of this session will learn what it takes to enhance the performance of teams in their organization. This presentation is based on research with over 550 respondents, and conducted in early 2018 by HR.com and TTI Success Insights.

Bio: Zbig Skiba is the President of Skiba Associates. Zbig is deeply committed to helping his clients achieve professional and personal growth through skills development, education, and coaching. In his first management role, Zbig struggled with soft skills and lacked the support he needed to improve them. That experience remains vivid—and drives his commitment to helping others.

Zbig has an MBA from Kellogg, and a degree in engineering. With over 25 years in IT, management, and coaching, he brings a breadth of industry knowledge and expertise to his work.
