Bio: Brandon Adams, is a Lean-Agile coach, trainer, and transformation specialist. In his 18 years of industry experience, Brandon has applied Lean and Agile methods in a variety of settings and environments including manufacturing, technical support, software development, product management, user experience, and quality assurance.
As an advocate of Lean-Agile methods Brandon is passionate about helping others learn more about the underlying concepts and how to implement them. He enjoys environments in which he can teach, coach, and mentor individuals and teams while also functioning as a change agent to guide and support improvements in organizational operations and health. Brandon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related industry certifications, and relentlessly pursues both personal and professional growth.
