Topic: Scrum at Scale - beyond software development
Scrum at Scale is the structure for agility at the organizational level. It fuses individual teams into a cohesive agile unit at any scale, up to and beyond thousands of team members. This talk covers how to use Scrum to help the entire organization produce twice the work in half the time. We will discuss using Scrum at Scale in different kinds of organizations, primarily outside of the traditional application to software development companies and departments. If you want to help your company, division, or team react quickly to a changing environment, regardless of industry or product, these ideas will help you.
