Agile transformations are simple: just teach the teams Scrum, maybe SAFe, and it all just works out. Right? Probably not so much. In this webinar, we’ll talk about the four components of a real agile transformation, make complexity thinking simpler (and useful), and give you some tools to help you start a real agile transformation or improve what you’ve got now.
Bio: Randy has been helping medium-to-large organizations transform themselves to become more agile for the better part of a decade. He's worked at all levels from teams to C-Suites and has worked in many industry verticals, including financial, technology, and aerospace. He uses his experience to make theories down to earth and real.
