Asif will be speaking to the differences between operating through hybrid frameworks (SDLC-Agile-Waterfall).
Bio:
Highly accomplished Technology Leader who possesses over 7+ years of high impact delivery experience in Product & Project Management, Product Ownership, Scrum Mastership, & Business Analysis; in the Agile, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Infrastructure, & Application Development domains; within the Healthcare, Retail, and Banking Industries.
Strong Project Management experience, Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified through Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Business Analysis Practitioner (CBAP) certified through International Institute of Research of Agile & Management Studies (IIRAMS), strong Scrum Agile & Waterfall background; Scaled Agile Framework Expert (SAFe) 4 Agilist® certified through Scaled Agile Inc, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) & ScrumMaster® (CSM), through Scrum Alliance; in addition to strong Lean Six Sigma background, Black & Green Belt Certified, (SSBB & SSGBC), and most recently MSi Ambassador certification through Management & Strategy Institute (MSI).
Asif has worked for a number of major industry players such as United health group, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Cross and Blue shield, Walgreens, and the most recently / currently Bank of the West, where he holds the title VP, Principal Business Analyst / Scrum Master.
Asif is a two-time alumnus of California State University East Bay and is a Bay Area native, who supports the 49ers in his free time.
