Researchers, startups, and innovating organizations, are beginning to apply AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies to project management, and by 2030 the field will undergo major shifts." (HBR, Feb 2023)

One outcome is that the project manager will have fewer administrative tasks. Yes, we love our spreadsheets, but times are changing and our role is expanding. So what will we be doing? 

The same article cited above predicts that "the project manager now spends most of his time coaching and supporting the team, maintaining regular conversations with key stakeholders, and cultivating a high-performing culture."

Coaching - what does that really mean? We all have ideas, but do we really know? And what does it mean to coach the team? Are you ready for these changes? 

In this session we will learn about and try out a few coaching tools. Whether you're just starting to build your coaching toolbox or are already a pro, this will be a fun session with practical application.
