She is dedicated to supporting all businesses, owners and their teams in achieving their goals, whether it is through one-on-one coaching or by providing valuable guidance and expertise to drive growth and profitability. Her commitment to excellence in communication, team development, and relationship-building has made Lisa a trusted and respected professional. Over the last ten years, Lisa has trained and facilitated in-person and virtual sessions on Customer Service, The Lost Art of Business Etiquette, Supervisory Skills, and Managing the Employee Lifecycle. Lisa became part of the John Maxwell team in March of 2023 with a certification in DISC Behavioral Consultant. In March of 2024, she completed The Maxwell Leadership Certification Program and is licensed to provide facilitation, speaking, coaching, and training on approved Maxwell Leadership personal and professional development content.
