She has over 30 years’ experience in establishing PMO and Portfolio Management models. Lisa's experience spans healthcare delivery, payer, pharma, biotech, diagnostic and medical device arenas. OKRs as a Leadership Tool

The point of implementing OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) is not to achieve a goal, but to align people towards a common mission. OKRs are a tool used by leaders to clarify the future for their people, and to align them on the organizations’ top priorities. They help leaders communicate what results they want to achieve, and why they want them, so they can delegate the “how” to their teams. In this session, we will review the basics of OKRs including a simple example. We will also dive into an important analogy that will help you implement OKRs the right way.
