We are happy to welcome back Jaye Anna Hill, a John C. Maxwell certified leadership coach, as our ALFISIG January presenter.  Jaye Anna is the Founder and CEO of Executive Clarity Solutions, an Executive Leadership Coaching business. As a John C. Maxwell-certified leadership coach, she transforms leaders into visionaries and fosters professional growth, leadership excellence, and organizational success.

Before starting her business, she held various executive positions in information technology, cybersecurity, and risk management at leading financial services firms such as Truist and MetLife. Her experiences have deepened her appreciation for effective leadership, prompting her to pursue a master’s in executive leadership from Liberty University.
