Mark Aylward is a leadership and career coach with over 35 years of experience in staffing, sales, and professional development. After founding and successfully selling two multimillion-dollar staffing firms, he now dedicates his work to helping professionals rebuild confidence, clarify their direction, and lead with purpose. Drawing from his own lived experiences—both in the boardroom and through personal challenges—Mark offers a direct, practical, and deeply human approach to coaching. He’s also an active mentor with organizations like Notre Dame’s Gigot Center, SCORE, and the Coalition for the Homeless.
