The Augmented Project Manager: Designing Intelligence Into Execution (Hands-On, Bring a Computer)

Ways of Working

Project managers today are under increasing pressure to deliver faster results, manage growing
complexity, and maintain alignment across stakeholders—all while spending a significant
portion of their time on reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks. As artificial
intelligence continues to reshape how work gets done, the role of the project manager is
evolving.

The Augmented Project Manager: Designing Intelligence Into Execution is a hands-on,
high-impact workshop designed to help project management professionals move beyond
awareness of AI into practical application. Rather than focusing on theory or tools alone, this
session introduces a structured approach to integrating AI into everyday project workflows to
enhance insight, improve decision-making, and increase execution effectiveness.

Participants will engage in live exercises using tools such as ChatGPT to generate project
intelligence briefs, simulate decision scenarios, analyze risks, and produce targeted stakeholder
communications. Through these activities, attendees will learn how to use AI not just to save
time, but to operate at a higher level—shifting from task-based coordination to intelligence-
driven leadership.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with a practical framework, reusable prompts,
and a step-by-step workflow they can immediately apply to augment their role, improve project
outcomes, and position themselves for success in an AI-driven environment.
