Ways of Working

This hands-on workshop is designed for project managers, program managers, PMO professionals, and project coordinators who want to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini to improve productivity. Participants should have a working knowledge of project management practices and be interested in applying AI to real-world PM activities including status reporting, stakeholder communications, risk management, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. The session focuses on practical techniques that can be used immediately in day-to-day project work.

  3. Document analysis

 

Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions ahead of time to work specifically during the workshop.
