Sloss Furnaces Historical Site Tour
Join the PMI Central Alabama Chapter for a guided tour of Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark and explore Birmingham’s rich industrial history through the lens of preservation, restoration, and project management.
Participants will learn about the history of Sloss Furnaces, ongoing preservation and improvement efforts, and the challenges of maintaining a historic industrial site. The tour will be followed by a presentation and Q&A session in the Visitor Center, providing an opportunity to learn more about current projects and preservation initiatives.
