ALFISIG October Meeting - "Becoming a Person of Influence

Business Acumen

"Becoming a Person of Influence is about the impact you have on the people around you. In this presentation, you’ll learn practical ways to communicate with intention, listen more closely, understand what matters to others, and build genuine trust with colleagues and stakeholders. You’ll also see how small shifts in the way you connect can lead to stronger relationships, better collaboration, and more positive outcomes.

You’ll explore why influence isn’t about having a certain title or authority.  It’s about how you show up, support others, and move shared goals forward. You’ll leave with useful approaches you can apply right away to engage people more effectively, strengthen your leadership presence, and become the kind of trusted, authentic professional others value working with and want to follow."
